
Starting out in our vintage careers we bought our stock from different suppliers who sold us so much junk we could never sell. We wasted our money and time, it just irritated us. That’s what we’re here NOT to do to you!! All of our items will be hand picked per your specifications. The goal is to get you coming back again and again and that will never be done by sending you ugly stuff. Most store owners were spending all their time “thrifting” to try to stock their stores. This was (and still is!) a big problem – it takes way too much time and doesn’t allow a store owner to be with their customers or even manage their store. We solved this problem by making it easy, fast and inexpensive for store owners to stock their store – in just one call, you can get all the inventory you need for the coming weeks. When placing an order, our goal is to give you a package that you love and one that consists of items that you can easily sell in your store. For each pack we will mix the items that best reflect the specifications you named/gave us/listed. We sift through millions of pounds each year looking for the best of the best. We have been doing this for years so know where and who to go to. We do not do specific rare items as those things usually tend to be hard for anyone to find, but we might be able to work something out if that’s what you’re interested in. As far as specific size and color we can help you, but will need to charge a little bit more. There are many ways to place an order. You can email, fax or call us. We will contact you back within 24 hours and confirm the order, method of payment and shipment. We have a minimum of 20 items per package. If you are interested in ordering a larger amount we do offer discounts and price cuts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Wire Transfer or Money Order/Cashiers Check. All credit card orders will be charged before shipment. All credit card orders will be charged an additional 3% (of total order before freight) service charge. We use UPS Ground and/or USPS and unless there are some difficult items to find we ship within the week of the order. Most orders can take 7-10 working days to arrive and we’ll always contact you with a grand total, tracking number and ETA. We can arrange expedited shipping as well. If you are unhappy with your item or items you can exchange them for another item or for credit. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving item. If you want to return it you are responsible for the return shipping and any refund excludes the initial shipping costs as well. Please note that because of the time and man power that it takes to put together an order of 100% recycled apparel, to keep our prices down we do not offer refunds only exchanges.
